Despite having a standard gear design, the part was not commercially available with exactly the dimensions he needed.
The original piece had widened and no longer fulfilled its function. Due to its size, it was not possible to find a piece on the market to recreate it.
Through additive manufacturing, we were able to design the part and produce it, achieving 100% of its functionality without the need to buy the whole structure again.
